Service Description
Every dog deserves to feel comfortable and secure. Our meet-and-greet sessions last 10-15 mins and ensures dogs recognize us when we pick them up, building trust and familiarity. During the registration process, we gather essential details, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners. This service also includes your dogs 1st 45 minute walk with me.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -24+ hours’ notice: Free cancellation or reschedule -Less than 24 hours: 50% of the walk fee (£7.50) -Same-day cancellations / no-shows: 100% charge (£15.00) - This can be amended if re-scheduled -In cases of severe weather or genuine emergencies, flexibility may be offered. Please message as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
