Are you insured?
Yes. Snuffle & Co Ltd holds public liability insurance, is Petplan insured and DBS checked.
What areas do you cover?
Burwash, East Sussex and surrounding villages
What happens if my dog becomes ill or injured?
If necessary, veterinary care will be sought. Any veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
Where's a size guide if I want to order a belt or collar?

Are your leather products handmade?
Yes. All Snuffle & Co leather collars, leads and accessories are handcrafted and may show natural variations in colour and texture.
Do your leather products come with a warranty?
Yes. All leather items come with a workmanship warranty covering stitching and hardware faults under normal use.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Reconditioning and re-stitching services are available to help extend the life of your Snuffle & Co leather products (subject to assessment).
Can I return a leather item?
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
