Life happens, and sometimes things slip - that’s totally okay! If you’re looking for same-day availability, please call or WhatsApp me to check. My hours are 9:00–4:30.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -24+ hours’ notice: Free cancellation or reschedule -Less than 24 hours: 50% of the walk fee (£5) -Same-day cancellations / no-shows: 100% charge (£10.00) - This can be amended if re-scheduled -In cases of severe weather or genuine emergencies, flexibility may be offered. Please message as soon as possible if you need to make changes. By booking a service or purchasing a product from Snuffle & Co Ltd, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
